These are my thoughts on what you could do with little to no equipment, just your own motivation.

Set a timer for 10 minutes and do as many rounds as possible of the following: 10 kettlebell swings, 10 box jumps (jump up onto a 12 to 20 inch tall box or step), 10 ring dips.

But if you really want to get moving on your own, and you really don’t want to go to a box, I think this would be a good few months of moving to get you started.
